Iva Gumnishka is the founder of Humans in the Loop, a social enterprise which provides training data and human input for the MLOps lifecycle: anything from dataset collection and annotation to output verification and real-time edge case handling.
In addition, she is the founder of our charity arm, the Humans in the Loop Foundation, which uses the profit generated by the social enterprise in order to provide training and support to our workers who are all refugees and conflict-affected people. Through the Foundation, they get access to digital skills and English courses, mentorship programs, and much more.
